Kids Games

Some people use the term kids games as a negative term to indicate that someone wasn't serious enough or skilled enough to be taken seriously. " Aw, they were just playing kids games." they would say about someone to dismiss them. But kids games can be serious and kids games can be serious fun. do you remember playing kids games? Playing kids games at school. And playing kids games in the streets of your neighborhood. And, oh those summer nights when you'd rush right out after dinner to play kids games until it was too dark to see. And sometimes, beyond. Because sometimes our kids games included flashlight freeze tag. which I guess was an early form of laser tag. just not as high tech.

But in the twilight as the day wound down, our kids games got into high gear. We'd play the kids games of tag and statues. We'd play the kids game of ringolario and steal the bacon. We'd play the kids games of dodge ball and kickball. We'd play the kids games of running bases and monkey in the middle. We'd play the kids games of King of the hill and neat falls.

There are a million kids games and we probably played them all at least once. Depending upon how many kids you had around at the time, you would all decide on what kids games to play. And depending on how much space you had, you would choose what kids games to play. There are kids games for every size group. There are kids games for every playing condition. There are kids games for playing in small spaces. And there are kids games to play when you can range all over the neighborhood. There are kids games you can play when its high noon and kids games you can play when its pitch black night. and there are kids games to play for every condition in between.

There are kids games to play on sunny days and there are kids games to play on rainy days. There are kids games to play in every season. There are kids games for hot, hot summer and kids games for snowy winter fun. There are kids games to play in and around and with all the autumn leaves. And there are kids games to play in the soft spring grass. Kids games can be calm. Kids games can be wild. Kids games can be fast. Kids games can be slow. Kids games can be a lot of things and kids games can sure be fun.
