War Games

War games are intended to simulate actual war. Some war games are training exercises for soldiers to help prepare them for actual combat situations. War games help soldiers practice their skills. War games could save their lives by giving them the critical skills needed to survive in combat. War games can also be games that non military people play, both in the field, on the computer, and on game boards. Military war games are deadly serious business.

They call them war games because they do not kill each other, but their intent is deadly. War games like these are meant to give soldiers a chance to experience the battle conditions and to practice the skills needed to survive and win in combat. War games like these are often held by countries to display their military might in order to deter other countries from ever starting a real war with them.

A lot of non-military people play war games. People play war games with paint ball guns. The go out into the woods or to a paint ball range and play war games. this way, grown men can play army like they did when they were kids. Only these war games are more fun because you get to actually shoot somebody else because it just marks them with paint and doesn't kill them. These war games are much more entertainment oriented than training war games played by the military.

People go out and form teams for these war games and then try and annihilate each other. Sometimes there is even drinking involved, although when playing any type of war games, even with paint ball guns, this is not advisable. Because even though you are just simulating actual combat while playing these war games, you are running around the woods and do need all of your faculties in tact so you do not injure yourself or others.

Computer war games are very popular. Some of the computer war games are very violent and bloody. You can play computer war games alone or with friends. You can even go on line and play computer war games against people from all over the world. On one hand, it seems that computer war games might be a good, safe outlet for peoples aggressive tendencies, so computer war games might actually help prevent real war. but on the other hand, it seems that computer war games just desensitize people to violence and may make people more prone to real world violence. I guess the jury is still out on this one, but computer war games are very popular and getting more popular all the time.
