Free Music

Since everyone loves music and everyone wants to hear music all the time, everyone is always looking for free music. Free music is great because you can get music to listen to and enjoy without having to pay anything for the music. Free music can be found in any number of places. So if you are seeking free music, you just have to look around. The original free music was any live performance of music for which there was no charge to listen. Free music could be found in church. Free music could be heard in the streets. Free music could be heard at concerts in the parks. Free music could be heard at parades. free music could be heard at many public ceremonies. Often groups who were trying to attract the public's attention would offer free music. Free music could get people into church. Free music could get people to stop on a street corner and listen to a speaker. Free music could get people to attend a political rally. Free music could keep people entertained at football games and basketball games. Free music was everywhere. Or so we thought. but then along came the radio and free music was really everywhere.

Once radio stations began broadcasting, there truly was free music everywhere. At least there was free music available everywhere you could pick up a radio signal. And with a powerful enough radio, you could listen to free music from all over the world. Once recorded music was readily available and there were many radio stations seeking to fill many hours of broadcast time with entertaining programming, then free music really became widespread. You could listen to free music at any hour of the day or night. You could listen to just about any type of free music you wanted to. Just turn on your radio and listen to the FM. Of course, you had to listen to the commercials too because that was what was making all the free music possible, but it seemed a small price to pay for all of that free music. And how else were you going to get free music so conveniently?

Well, the internet answered that question in a big hurry. Suddenly, you could not only get free music, but you didn't have to listen to all those annoying ads. And this free music, you could download to your computer or other music player and enjoy anytime you wanted, not just when it was being broadcast. Now this was truly free music.
